Christian Synaeghel and Suzanne Habel moved to the beautiful village of Lotbinière in 2012 to open a small artisan bakery. Croûte et brioche started out in the couple’s kitchen, but Christian and Suzanne’s craze for good breads was such that they decided to move presto to a larger location in order to keep up with the demand. An introduction that says a lot about the success of their business!
