Located along the river in Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly, Cidrerie & Verger at Orée du Bois inc. have been providing for more than 15 years several products processed from apple and blueberry, such as ciders, juices, jams, cider vinegar, etc. In season, self-picking of apples and blueberries is also available. In the shade of a barn with a unique architecture, the orchard has more than 1,000 apple trees of several varieties: Cortland, Honeycrisp, McIntosh, etc. A picnic area with stunning views of the river at the bottom of the orchard. Jérôme Aubin took a few detours through training in computer science and cooking, in particular, before studying agronomy and finally taking over the family farm in 2013. His father, Réal Aubin, who had stopped producing ciders in 2008 , had fortunately kept all the equipment necessary for its manufacture.
