Jérôme Aubin took a few detours through training in computer science and cooking, in particular, before studying agronomy and finally taking over the family farm in 2013. His father, Réal Aubin, who had stopped producing ciders in 2008 , had fortunately kept all the equipment necessary for its manufacture.
