We are 3 girls and we have a mission; help you discover our Chaudière-Appalaches region! Go on an adventure with us in Lotbinière, Beauce and the Thetford region to live new tourist experiences! In the space of a day, we lent ourselves to the game of being tourists from each of the 3 regions and we carried out an activity in each of the territories. Memorable moments and great discoveries, that's what I feel like sharing with you today! Who knows, it could inspire you to enhance a weekend or even to enhance your future vacation!

Originally from the region, the co-founders of Oxymore Microbrasserie wanted with their project to revitalize the municipality of Saint-Gilles and create a pole of attraction. A little more than two years after the opening, and despite a pandemic which posed its share of challenges, it is clear that the mission is accomplished: visitors are numerous and the beers are in demand.
