Owned by the Small family since 1904, the magnificent 68-acre land located in Sainte-Agathe-de-Lotbinière has long been devoted to the operation of a sugar bush. Things changed when Richard Small took over the family business 100 years after its founding, in 2004. After having established a vineyard of around twenty grape varieties in 2012 in order to diversify its offer, the entrepreneur ventured off the beaten track by producing an amazing yellow birch syrup. Then in 2020, the microdistillery - the first certified organic in Quebec - to enter the field. There is no doubt that Domaine Small has come a long way in over a century of existence!
